Meet Mia
My name is Mia Jacob and I am a Yoga & Pilates Instructor and Integrative Health & Nutrition Coach.
I am also the founder of my own Method, Mia Method, which is a combination of these different approaches forming a holistic and individual way of discovering and training our bodies and minds.
I believe in the intelligence of our bodies and the connection between our physical, mental and emotional health. Balance in life means to find a sustainable way of moving and nourishing our bodies and minds.
There is no one size fits all when it comes to Health. I believe in Bio-Individuality and helping you find what works for you.
What I specialize in
Health is more than just the absence of disease. I believe we need health in every area of our lives so that we can feel vibrantly alive and live the lives we were meant to live.
I use Yoga, Pilates and Meditation to train and connect body and mind.
Awareness is the first step to understanding what we need to do to become a healthier and happier versions of ourself.
During my health coaching sessions we discover together what this means for YOU and what steps you need to take to achieve your health goals.
J'ai essayé plusieurs cours de yoga et il est difficile d'y trouver le bon équilibre entre pratique physique et approche spirituelle. C'est ce mélange subtil et enrichissant que j'ai trouvé dans les cours de Mia. Son enseignement m'a parlé dès le premier cours. Elle instaure une bonne énergie, prononce des paroles simples et justes sur un fond de musique apaisante.
