My Method is based on the idea that we are all individuals with very different needs and these needs can even change over time (seasons, hormones, lifestyle changes, age, ect)
We need to look at our Health from different angles in our life:

• Exercise and physical Activity
• Relationships, Family, Social Life
• Career and Purpose
• Spirituality and Mindfulness
• Sleep and Relaxation

• Joy and Fun
What is Mia Method
My Program is a package of Yoga & Pilates classes to strengthen and mobilise our body and mind and Health Coaching Sessions where we will define your personal plan to achieve your desired health goals and create the change you want.
You will get a combination of Yoga, Pilates and alignement based exercises to create mobility and strength in our bodies.
Breathing and Relaxation techniques help you connect better with your intuition so you can learn how to listen to your body and mind.
In my Health Coaching sessions we will discover which foods work for your body and lifestyle, deconstruct your cravings and create your personal action plan to become a healthier you.
I believe our bodies know what they need. We just forgot how to listen.
My goal is to help you connect with your own body intelligence and your intuition. Experience the freedom of not having to follow diets or strict exercise regimes but eat, move and live with joy and pleasure.
